Al Ross
Al Ross is a leading figure in the Houston sign industry and a seasoned entrepreneur. He founded National Signs at 28, growing it into one of Texas' largest sign companies with nearly $20 million in annual revenue before its sale in 2012. He then launched Al Ross Luxury Homes, pioneering the "Luxury Spec Home" market and achieving $200 million in construction revenue. Al was born in Iran and moved to Houston at 13, balancing work and studies to fulfill his parents' dreams. Now, his latest venture, Meridian Signs, aims to transform the industry with a focus on consultative sales, creative design, and customer service. Al is also a mentor at the University of Houston and supports local business development.
